Que tema este, el de la comunicación, por lo general asociamos la comunicación con el aparato telefónico. En algo tenemos razón, un teléfono es una herramienta para comunicarnos, pero ¿La comunicación es solamente eso?
En la era de la información reducir la comunicación a eso, es como desperdiciar casi todo. En estos momentos, estamos siendo asechados por la información. Todas las empresas, multinacionales o pymes, que trabajan bien el tema de la información, están produciendo mas ventajas competitivas con respecto a los que no usan la comunicación como un ama de crecimiento empresarial. Tenemos que aprender de las empresas que ponen en el centro de la estrategia comercial, la comunicación.
La Pyme 2.0, o sea, la nueva generación de empresas, tiene que entender que toda la empresa debe girar alrededor de la comunicación. Si no se vende un producto, lo primero que tenemos que revisar es como estamos comunicando.
La mayor parte de nuestro trabajo tiene que estar enfocado al mejoramiento de la comunicación. Cada día que pasa tenemos que comunicar mejor.
Lo buenos de esto es que tenemos las herramientas con un costo prácticamente cero. Conociendo las estrategias adecuadas la comunicación va a ser muy sencilla.
Pero, realmente, ¿Que es comunicar en una empresa? En la era de la información, los consumidores pueden comparar calidades y precios de una manera muy sencilla. Desde muy chico, y cada vez más seguido, tomamos decisiones de compras sentados frente a una computadora. Tomamos muy en cuenta los e-mail comerciales que recibimos, cuando vamos a comprar algo prácticamente lo tenemos decidido, porque ya lo hemos elegido. Los consumidores elijen entre las empresas que ven cuando buscan y deciden que comprar, si tu empresa no está ahí, olvídate, la venta se la lleva otro.
Tienes que pasar la mayor parte del tiempo comunicando. Pero la comunicación la tienes que hacer a tus clientes, para venderles más, a los que en algún momento se han interesado por tus productos o tu empresa. Tienes que dividir la comunicación en mensajes útiles para los que lo van a ver y también tienes que comunicar tus productos y las actividades de tu empresa.
Tus clientes actuales y futuros, tienen que escuchar el nombre de tu empresa o de tus productos por lo menos dos veces por semana.
Tus promociones tienen que estar en el lugar donde tus clientes pasan mayor parte del tiempo, en su computadora. Si tus clientes dudan en venir a tu empresa, tu empresa tiene que ir a ellos.
Tienes varías herramientas para estar al lado de tus clientes actuales y futuros. Tu teléfono en internet, que te permite tener contacto con tus cliente actual y futuro este donde este. Autorespondedores, que te permite tener contacto con tus clientes actuales y futuros en cualquier momento y automáticamente. Redes sociales, que te permite tener contacto con tus clientes actuales y futuros, de una manera masiva y generando una alto prestigio y confianza en ellos. Blog, que te permite tener contacto con tus clientes actuales y futuros, dándole contenidos útiles e informando las actividades de tu empresa. Sala de conferencias virtuales que te permite tener contacto con tus clientes actuales y futuros donde podrás cerrar operaciones, darles a tus clientes soporte de pos venta, etc. Videos, que te permite tener contacto con tus clientes actuales y futuros, dándole a tus clientes contenidos útiles e informando las actividades de tu empresa.
Todo este grupo de herramientas tiene un costo beneficio cero y además son muy sencillas de aprender a usar. Si tu pyme utiliza este tipo de herramientas vas a tener ventajas competitivas con respecto a tu competencia.
Por supuesto que las herramientas por si sola no van a darte nada, lo que tienes que hacer es acompañarlas con estrategias de comunicación.
